Sugilite Fan Design

So of course this is my interpretation of Garnet and Amethyst's fusion gem, Sugilite. The actual Sugilite will be revealed in next week's(I think) episode, and I think I finished this right on time, since I wanted to be done before her actual design was revealed. But overall I had a lot of fun with this. It took somewhere around 15 hours spread out over 5 weeks.

Uh, I hope it's clear that she's wearing pants or tights. I realized that the color of the pants is sorta close to the skin tone.


This is a pretty new coloring technique for me, and I really enjoyed working on it, even though it's been a long time working on it. 
I still need a lot of practice with hands, so you know, just pretend those aren't there, but I like the rest of it pretty well.
